Tiger Woods Officially Divorces Wife Elin Nordegren

According to reports from Panama City, Fla., golf star Tiger Woods and his wife Elin Nordegren have made their divorce official. The divorce comes nine months after he was suspected of cheating, and an innocuous car crash in the middle-of-the-night sparked revelations Woods had been having numerous affairs.

Woods and Nordegren have been married since 2004 and have two children, a 3-year-old daughter named Sam, and a 19-month-old son named Charlie. The two ended their relationship on decent terms and released a joint statement proclaiming, “We are sad that our marriage is over, and we wish each other the very best for the future,” according to the AP.

The terms of the divorce have not been made public, but it is believed the two will share parenting rights and responsibilities. They continued in their joint statement, “While we are no longer married, we are the parents of two wonderful children and their happiness has been, and will always be, of paramount importance to both of us.”

Hilary Swank And Ex-Husband Chad Lowe Have A Good Relationship

Hilary Swank Looks At Her Divorce As A Success

Despite getting a divorce in 2007, Hilary Swank and ex-husband Chad Lowe consider their relationship successful. Swank recently told In Style magazine in its September issue, “A lot of people look at divorce as a failure. I really looked at my relationship with Chad as 14 years of success.”

Not every divorcée can have such a rosy outlook, but Swank believes their relationship was something they will never forget. She also commented to In Style, “I will carry him in my heart forever. He’s part of me.”

The two-time Oscar winner is currently living with her talent agent boyfriend, John Campisi. Although she loves being with him, the two aren’t rushing into marriage anytime soon. Swank said, “I believe in the sanctity of marriage. John and I, you know, we were both in long marriages and it’s not something that we need to rush back into.”

Sean Penn And Robin Wright Finalize Their Divorce

Robin Wright And Sean Penn: Divorce Is Final

After a number of attempts to separate and divorce, Sean Penn and Robin Wright make their divorce official after 14 years of marriage. The former couple filed papers in Marin County, Calif. on July 22 agreeing to terms on child support, split of assets, spousal support, and custody of their son, Hopper Jack, 17.

While it may seem streamlined, the process of divorce has been anything but simple for Penn, 49, and Wright, 44. The two began divorce proceedings in Dec. 2007, only to reconcile four months later. In April 2009, Penn filed for a legal separation until the couple once again reunited a month later.

Now that the divorce is finalized, Wright is one half of the couple that seems to be enjoying her newfound independence. She’s also happy to remain friends with her ex. Sadly, Penn doesn’t feel the same way. He was quoted in Vanity Fair’s July issue as saying, “[Robin] is a ghost to me now. We spent all those years together … Now she’s just gone.” Ouch.

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt: Divorce In Their Future

Heidi Montag And Spencer Pratt: The Marriage Is Over

This is for real. No really, this really is for real. Two months after going to court to file a legal separation from husband Spencer Pratt, Heidi Montag has now filed for divorce. She cites irreconcilable differences in her divorce petition, filed in California.

The couple were married just over a year ago at a beautiful church in Pasadena, Calif. While many thought the relationship and marriage were fake, they were proved wrong after the ceremony. But it didn’t take long for The Hills stars to fall apart, in true celebrity style.

Montag’s lawyer commented to People magazine, “Heidi has amended her petition for separation and today has filed a petition for dissolution of marriage from Spencer Pratt. The couple has agreed they would like their divorce to be finalized in a timely manner in an out of court settlement. Both parties are amicable with each other and over the possibility of finalizing their divorce.” Sounds like it’s official, and very much a reality for these young reality stars.

Sandra Bullock: Single and A Mom To Baby Louis!

While Sandra Bullock has been on an emotional roller-coaster ride lately, she’s not letting it knock her down. Bullock has decided it’s not worth her time to continue thinking about her cheating husband Jesse James, but to move on with her new adopted son. It was a shock when she told People.com in an exclusive interview that she adopted a baby boy from New Orleans and kept it hidden from the public since January.

She claims that her and James began the arduous adoption process four years ago and managed to somehow keep it all private. They finally received news of the adoption going through and brought home the baby boy, Louis, named after jazz legend Louis Armstrong, in January. The adorable African-American baby can be seen pictured with Bullock on the cover of next month’s People issue.

Bullock exclaims to be in heaven over her new found motherhood. “You wake up, you feed, you burp, you play, you do laundry. I’m still in that stage where I’m just amazed with him and at life.” But despite the love and excitement for her new baby, she’s also sad and scared to be a single mother. Ditching her engagement ring weeks ago, it was obvious Bullock was on her way to divorcing her philandering husband. She’s made the decision and James commented, “Sandy is the love of my life, but considering the pain and devastation I have caused her, it would be selfish to not let her go.”

Divorce Looming for Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren

While Tiger Woods lost to Phil Mickelson in the Masters on Sunday, it appears he is also losing the battle to save his marriage. According to The Telegraph.co.uk, Tiger’s wife, Elin Nordegren, may soon file for divorce. It is believed that Tiger’s latest controversial TV ad for Nike, containing the voice of his late father, may have been the last straw.

People magazine reported that Elin was “violently angry” over the commercial, feeling it was a cheap and disrespectful thing to do. She also felt Tiger was going to take more time off from golf, in order to help repair their marriage and family. His appearance at the Masters last weekend seemed to speak volumes to Elin of his priorities.

While Elin has apparently left the couple’s home in Orlando, Florida on a private jet, it is unclear whether she is coming back. Tiger has yet to comment, but after his fourth placed finish last weekend, things look to be getting even worse for the defeated golfer.

It’s already incredible enough that Larry King is married to yet another woman much younger than him, but to then claim he’s having an affair with his wife’s sister is pretty ludicrous. At least that’s what Larry’s sister-in-law in question thinks. TMZ claims that Larry King’s marriage is dissolving mainly because his wife, Shawn Southwick, believes King is having an affair with her sister, Shannon Engemann.

Shannon states that although Shawn has been blindly accusing her of cheating with Larry, that it’s just not so. Shawn claims Larry has bought Shannon gifts, including a car worth $160,000. Shannon is quick to point out that Larry did buy her gifts, but for nothing more than Christmas and her birthday.

After receiving threatening calls from her sister in regards to allegations of the affair in The National Enquirer, Shannon became fed up. “I’m tired for taking the rap for things. I did not have an affair with Larry. He’s been like a father to me.” Sounds like Shawn is being a bit paranoid, because let’s be honest, why would you, let alone anyone else, want to sleep with Larry King?

Is Cheryl Cole Finally Over Ashley?

It would appear so. After the first time Ashley was caught cheating, lovely Cheryl decided to give him another chance. When he was caught again, it was still difficult to get rid of him, but it seems like she’s finally made the right decision. While making an appearance with fans two days ago, she had a skull shaped silver ring on her wedding finger.

The original $87,000 square cut diamond engagement ring and wedding ring were missing from Cheryl’s left hand as Cheryl spent time with fans at her Paris hotel. Despite all the rumors that Cheryl was going to give Ashley yet another chance, it seems she’s firmly put an end to the rumors by sporting a rather symbolic ring on her wedding finger.

While fans tried to probe Cheryl of her official status, she made no claims to a new man in her life and neither confirmed or denied whether she was getting a divorce. Unfortunately for Ashley, a skull instead of a diamond on your wife’s wedding finger can’t be a good sign!

Jesse James is a bad bad boy. Mistress number three, Brigitte Daguerre, has just come forward. She hates the term “mistress” though. Apparently they just hit it instead of having an affair. It is good to be specific, because apparently in her mind there’s a difference.

Daguerre is a Los Angeles photographer who worked for Jesse in 2008. She did stylist work for a West Coast Choppers photo shoot. They corresponded for a year (email and text, of course.) They only hooked up four times though before she broke it off. The texts are… Graphic. To someone. I’m just perplexed. “I’ll be your monkey,” says one. He asked for Daguerre to send lots of pictures and hook up. Daguerre even said in one that James wasn’t letting loose to which he replied, “I’m texting you in secret!” Well, Duh. (Personally, I think he let loose just fine.)

Let’s recap, shall we? Jesse James and Sandra Bullock got married in 2005. The first mistress to come forward was Michelle McGee. McGee claims an 11-month affair that recently ended. The second mistress to come forward, Melissa Smith, 35, the tattooed stripper, is claiming she had a two year long affair with the man. She says he didn’t wear a wedding ring, didn’t mention his wife, and wanted to be called “Vanilla Gorilla.” What’s up with the primates? She claims he contacted her via MySpace in September, 2006. James ended things in March 2009, and Smith believes it is because he started seeing Michelle McGee. Then we have Daguerre. This is one busy man.

My question is this: Why on earth did he marry Sandra Bullock, America’s Sweetheart, if he’s into these bad girls – Madonna/Whore syndrome, perhaps? Sounds like a good Psych 101 example. But it just goes to show you… If it happened to Sandra Bullock it can happen to anyone.
